An inspiring four-part documentary series, Choir Games follows the teenagers and conductors of two remarkable choirs—New Zealand’s Kaitāia Community Voices and the Young People’s Chorus of New York City—as they embark on a life-changing journey to the 2024 World Choir Games, the largest choral competition on Earth. 

With over 250 choirs from 42 countries converging in Auckland, New Zealand, the road to ‘The Games’ is nothing short of epic. For the teenage singers, the path is marked by challenging childhoods and fierce competition. Guiding them through it all are extraordinary conductors who serve as both musical mentors and personal guides. These maestros navigate health concerns, cultural traditions, financial barriers, and complex family dynamics—all while inspiring their singers to give everything they’ve got.
